You can delete your FPO (Farm Connect) account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Deleting your account also deletes your shop and all its listings. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete it yourself, in the app or on the web
- Sign in to FPO (Farm Connect) in the Android app or at the web app.
- Go to Profile > Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Or ask us by email
If you can no longer open the app, or prefer not to, email us and we will delete the account for you.
- Write to info@calecutech.com from the email address of your account (the Google email you sign in with), with the subject "FPO (Farm Connect) account deletion".
- If you cannot write from that address, include it in the email so we can find the right account.
- We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile, including phone, district, farm and crop details.
- Your shop: its name, description, photo or banner, and contact phone.
- Your listings, in your shop and the mall, and their photos.
- Your crop schedule, help-desk questions, events and RSVPs.
- Your sign-in links.
What we keep, and why
Records of paid orders and payments (amount, date, product and Razorpay reference) are kept for 8 years, because Indian tax law requires it. Your name and contact details are removed from them, so they are anonymised, and they are kept only for that purpose. Razorpay keeps its own payment records under its policy.
Delete some data without closing the account
You can delete a listing yourself in the app. For anything else, email us and say what you want removed; we will delete it and keep the rest of the account.
