I paid but the order says expired.
If the stock had already gone, your money is refunded automatically to the same UPI, card or bank. Refunds usually show within 5 to 7 working days.
How do I change my district or crops?
Open your profile and edit them.
Can I list in Malayalam?
Yes. On the website, switch to Malayalam, and use the voice button to speak your listing.
Who answers help-desk questions?
Agricultural officers who have joined FPO (Farm Connect). Their answers are guidance; check important decisions with your Krishi Bhavan.
How do I remove a listing?
Open the listing and delete it, or mark it sold.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Delete account and type DELETE to confirm, or email us. This also deletes your shop and its listings. See Delete your account.
