Delete your account and data
Riders have no account and nothing to delete. Bus owners and waitlist members can delete their data at any time.
Remove a bus
- Open your owner dashboard link.
- Tap Remove next to the bus.
The bus, its route and its location are deleted at once.
Delete your whole owner account or waitlist entry
- Email info@calecutech.com from the email you registered with, or include the phone number you registered with.
- Subject: Delete my Find My Bus account
- We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your owner record: name, phone, company, email, town.
- All your buses, routes, stops and their locations.
- Your driver links stop working.
- Your waitlist entry, if any.
What is kept
Nothing, except backup copies, which are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
