Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Find My Bus app and website, provided by Calecute Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. By using Find My Bus you agree to them.
1. The service
Find My Bus shows bus locations shared by bus owners and their drivers. It is free to use.
2. Positions are approximate
Locations come from drivers' phones and can be late, missing or wrong, for example when a phone has no signal. Do not rely on Find My Bus for safety-critical decisions. We do not guarantee arrival times.
3. Bus owners and drivers
- Only add buses you own or operate, with accurate details.
- Get your driver's agreement before they share location. Keep driver links private.
- Drivers must not handle the phone while driving. Tap Start before setting off.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Find My Bus: no false bus data, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no use to track people rather than buses.
5. Liability
Find My Bus is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed buses, delays or losses from using it.
6. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kerala have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere.
