Refund and purchase policy
In short
- The Season Pass is a one-time payment. It is not a subscription and never renews.
- Payment is handled by Google Play. We never see your card or bank details.
- You can try a free preview before buying.
What you get
Full access to Recallio for the period shown in the app. The price is shown in the app before you buy. An early-bird price may apply.
Refunds
- Within 48 hours of buying: you can ask Google Play directly for a refund from your Play order history (Google's standard process).
- After 48 hours: write to info@calecutech.com. We will consider your request in good faith, and we will refund if you were charged twice, if you paid but the pass did not unlock, or if there is a serious technical problem we cannot fix.
- Because the content unlocks straight away, we usually cannot refund a change of mind after the first 48 hours.
How to ask us
Email info@calecutech.com from your Google account email with the Google Play order number (it starts with GPA. and is in your receipt email) and a line about what went wrong. We aim to reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Google Play.
Nothing to cancel
Since nothing renews, there is nothing to cancel. Deleting your account does not by itself trigger a refund; see Delete account.
