Child safety and parental consent
Recallio is made for students aged about 17 to 18 preparing for the Kerala Higher Secondary Plus Two Science exams. Most are under 18, so the app is built to be used with a parent's or guardian's knowledge and consent.
What the app does not have
- No chat, messaging, comments or any way for people to contact your child.
- No user-generated content and no social features.
- No advertising and no third-party analytics or trackers.
- No location, contacts, camera, microphone or photo access.
- No links that take a child out of the app to the open web.
Parental consent
A parent or guardian signs in with their own Google account and reads a consent screen, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The child's profile is created only after that. We record the date and time of consent.
Purchases are for parents
Buying the Season Pass needs a parent check inside the app, and the payment itself is handled by Google Play on the parent's account.
Minimal data
We ask for a first name or nickname, the medium and the exam date. We do not ask for a surname, school, address, phone number or photo. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.
Healthy study habits
- Sessions are short, and the app shows a gentle break when a child seems tired.
- Daily reminders are optional. A parent can change the times or switch them off in Settings → Reminders.
- Cards are checked against the textbook and written in plain language for Plus Two students.
Parents stay in control
A parent can see and delete all of a child's data at any time. See Delete account.
Report a concern
If you see anything in Recallio that you think is unsuitable or unsafe for a child, write to info@calecutech.com with the word "Safety" in the subject. We take these reports seriously and aim to reply within 2 working days.
കുട്ടികളുടെ സുരക്ഷയും രക്ഷിതാവിന്റെ സമ്മതവും
പ്ലസ് ടു സയൻസ് പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് തയ്യാറെടുക്കുന്ന ഏകദേശം 17 മുതൽ 18 വയസ്സുവരെയുള്ള വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്കായാണ് Recallio നിർമ്മിച്ചത്. മിക്കവരും 18 വയസ്സിൽ താഴെയുള്ളതിനാൽ രക്ഷിതാവിന്റെ അറിവോടും സമ്മതത്തോടും കൂടി ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ ആപ്പ് രൂപകൽപ്പന ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
ആപ്പിൽ ഇല്ലാത്തവ
- ചാറ്റ്, മെസേജിങ്, കമന്റുകൾ, കുട്ടിയെ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ബന്ധപ്പെടാനുള്ള ഒരു വഴിയും ഇല്ല.
- ഉപയോക്താക്കൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ഉള്ളടക്കമോ സോഷ്യൽ സൗകര്യങ്ങളോ ഇല്ല.
- പരസ്യങ്ങളോ മൂന്നാം കക്ഷി അനലിറ്റിക്സ്, ട്രാക്കറുകളോ ഇല്ല.
- ലൊക്കേഷൻ, കോൺടാക്റ്റുകൾ, ക്യാമറ, മൈക്രോഫോൺ, ഫോട്ടോ എന്നിവയിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശനമില്ല.
- കുട്ടിയെ ആപ്പിൽ നിന്ന് പുറത്തെ വെബിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്ന ലിങ്കുകളില്ല.
രക്ഷിതാവിന്റെ സമ്മതം
ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഡിജിറ്റൽ വ്യക്തിഗത ഡാറ്റാ സംരക്ഷണ നിയമം, 2023 പ്രകാരം, രക്ഷിതാവ് സ്വന്തം Google അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ സൈൻ ഇൻ ചെയ്ത് സമ്മത സ്ക്രീൻ വായിക്കുന്നു. അതിനു ശേഷം മാത്രമേ കുട്ടിയുടെ പ്രൊഫൈൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കൂ. സമ്മതം നൽകിയ തീയതിയും സമയവും ഞങ്ങൾ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു.
വാങ്ങലുകൾ രക്ഷിതാക്കൾക്കുള്ളത്
സീസൺ പാസ് വാങ്ങാൻ ആപ്പിനുള്ളിൽ പേരന്റ് ചെക്ക് ആവശ്യമാണ്; പണം നൽകുന്നത് രക്ഷിതാവിന്റെ അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ Google Play വഴിയാണ്.
കുറഞ്ഞ വിവരങ്ങൾ
ഞങ്ങൾ ആദ്യ പേര് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഓമനപ്പേര്, മീഡിയം, പരീക്ഷാ തീയതി എന്നിവ മാത്രം ചോദിക്കുന്നു. കുടുംബപ്പേര്, സ്കൂൾ, വിലാസം, ഫോൺ നമ്പർ, ഫോട്ടോ എന്നിവ ചോദിക്കുന്നില്ല. മുഴുവൻ പട്ടികയ്ക്ക് സ്വകാര്യതാ നയം കാണുക.
നല്ല പഠന ശീലങ്ങൾ
- സെഷനുകൾ ചെറുതാണ്; കുട്ടി ക്ഷീണിച്ചതായി തോന്നുമ്പോൾ ആപ്പ് ഒരു ചെറിയ ഇടവേള കാണിക്കുന്നു.
- ദിവസേനയുള്ള ഓർമ്മപ്പെടുത്തലുകൾ നിർബന്ധമല്ല. Settings → Reminders ൽ രക്ഷിതാവിന് സമയം മാറ്റുകയോ ഓഫ് ചെയ്യുകയോ ചെയ്യാം.
- കാർഡുകൾ പാഠപുസ്തകവുമായി പരിശോധിച്ച് പ്ലസ് ടു വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് മനസ്സിലാകുന്ന ലളിതമായ ഭാഷയിൽ എഴുതിയവയാണ്.
നിയന്ത്രണം രക്ഷിതാവിന്
കുട്ടിയുടെ എല്ലാ വിവരങ്ങളും രക്ഷിതാവിന് എപ്പോൾ വേണമെങ്കിലും ഇല്ലാതാക്കാം. അക്കൗണ്ട് ഇല്ലാതാക്കൽ കാണുക.
