Privacy Policy

Recallio is made by Calecute Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "us"). For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), we are the data fiduciary for the information described here. Contact: info@calecutech.com.

In short

  • We collect only what is needed to sign a parent in and to plan a child's daily revision.
  • No ads. No third-party tracking or analytics. No location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos.
  • A parent or guardian must give consent before a child can use the app.
  • A parent can delete everything at any time.

1. What we collect

Parent's Google account: account ID and email address, received through Google Sign-In. We never see your Google password.To sign you in, keep the account secure, and bring back your child's progress on a new phone.
Consent record: the date and time you gave consent.To show that parental consent was given, as the DPDP Act requires.
Child's profile: a first name or nickname, the medium (Malayalam or English) and the exam date.To greet the child, show the right language and count down to the exam.
Study progress: which cards the child has studied, the revision schedule for each card, how many answers were correct, and minutes studied per day.To plan what the child should revise each day.
Purchase record: the product ID and purchase token from Google Play, if you buy the Season Pass. We never see card or bank details.To unlock the paid content and to restore it if you reinstall.

Kept only on the phone: language and colour theme, reminder times and saved cards. Reminders are scheduled on the phone itself; we run no notification server.

2. What we do not collect

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, files, camera or microphone data, phone number, advertising ID, the child's surname, school, address or photo. We do not use advertising or analytics SDKs.

3. How we use it

Only for the purposes in the table above. We do not sell data, do not show ads, do not build marketing profiles, and do not track or monitor children's behaviour for anything other than planning their revision.

4. Who processes it for us

We share data with no one else, except where the law requires us to disclose it.

5. Children and consent

Recallio is used by children under a parent's supervision. Before a child can use the app, the parent or guardian reads a consent screen and agrees to it. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the data (see section 8). Purchases are protected by a parent check inside the app and by Google Play.

6. How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as the account exists. When you delete the account, we remove the parent, child, progress and purchase records from our live database. Any backup copy is overwritten in the normal backup cycle.

7. Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Our database enforces access rules so that each parent can read only their own family's records. If a data breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

8. Your rights as a parent

On your child's behalf you may ask to see, correct or delete the data, withdraw consent, or make a complaint.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect, we will update this page and tell you in the app before the change applies to you.

  • കുട്ടി ആപ്പ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതിനു മുമ്പ് രക്ഷിതാവിന്റെ സമ്മതം വേണം.
  • രക്ഷിതാവിന് എപ്പോൾ വേണമെങ്കിലും എല്ലാ വിവരങ്ങളും ഇല്ലാതാക്കാം.

1. ഞങ്ങൾ ശേഖരിക്കുന്നത്

വിവരംഎന്തിന് വേണം
രക്ഷിതാവിന്റെ Google അക്കൗണ്ട്: Google Sign-In വഴി ലഭിക്കുന്ന അക്കൗണ്ട് ഐഡിയും ഇമെയിൽ വിലാസവും. നിങ്ങളുടെ Google പാസ്‌വേഡ് ഞങ്ങൾ കാണുന്നില്ല.സൈൻ ഇൻ ചെയ്യാനും അക്കൗണ്ട് സുരക്ഷിതമാക്കാനും പുതിയ ഫോണിൽ കുട്ടിയുടെ പുരോഗതി തിരികെ കൊണ്ടുവരാനും.
സമ്മത രേഖ: നിങ്ങൾ സമ്മതം നൽകിയ തീയതിയും സമയവും.DPDP നിയമം ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നതുപോലെ രക്ഷിതാവിന്റെ സമ്മതം ലഭിച്ചു എന്ന് തെളിയിക്കാൻ.
കുട്ടിയുടെ പ്രൊഫൈൽ: ആദ്യ പേര് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഓമനപ്പേര്, മീഡിയം (മലയാളം / ഇംഗ്ലീഷ്), പരീക്ഷാ തീയതി.കുട്ടിയെ പേര് വിളിച്ച് സ്വാഗതം ചെയ്യാനും ശരിയായ ഭാഷ കാണിക്കാനും പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കുള്ള ദിവസങ്ങൾ എണ്ണാനും.
പഠന പുരോഗതി: കുട്ടി ഏതൊക്കെ കാർഡുകൾ പഠിച്ചു, ഓരോ കാർഡിന്റെയും റിവിഷൻ ഷെഡ്യൂൾ, എത്ര ഉത്തരങ്ങൾ ശരിയായി, ദിവസവും പഠിച്ച മിനിറ്റുകൾ.ഓരോ ദിവസവും കുട്ടി എന്ത് റിവൈസ് ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് തീരുമാനിക്കാൻ.
വാങ്ങൽ രേഖ: സീസൺ പാസ് വാങ്ങിയാൽ Google Play യിൽ നിന്നുള്ള പ്രൊഡക്ട് ഐഡിയും പർച്ചേസ് ടോക്കണും. കാർഡ്, ബാങ്ക് വിവരങ്ങൾ ഞങ്ങൾ കാണുന്നില്ല.പണം നൽകിയുള്ള ഉള്ളടക്കം തുറക്കാനും ആപ്പ് വീണ്ടും ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾ ചെയ്താൽ തിരികെ നൽകാനും.

ഫോണിൽ മാത്രം സൂക്ഷിക്കുന്നവ: ഭാഷ, നിറത്തിന്റെ തീം, ഓർമ്മപ്പെടുത്തൽ സമയങ്ങൾ, സേവ് ചെയ്ത കാർഡുകൾ. ഓർമ്മപ്പെടുത്തലുകൾ ഫോണിൽ തന്നെയാണ് സെറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്; ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് നോട്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻ സെർവർ ഇല്ല.

2. ഞങ്ങൾ ശേഖരിക്കാത്തത്

ലൊക്കേഷൻ, കോൺടാക്റ്റുകൾ, ഫോട്ടോകൾ, ഫയലുകൾ, ക്യാമറ, മൈക്രോഫോൺ, ഫോൺ നമ്പർ, പരസ്യ ഐഡി, കുട്ടിയുടെ കുടുംബപ്പേര്, സ്കൂൾ, വിലാസം, ഫോട്ടോ എന്നിവ ഞങ്ങൾ ശേഖരിക്കുന്നില്ല. പരസ്യ, അനലിറ്റിക്സ് SDK-കൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നില്ല.

3. ഉപയോഗം

മുകളിലെ പട്ടികയിലെ ഉദ്ദേശ്യങ്ങൾക്കു മാത്രം. ഞങ്ങൾ വിവരങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കുന്നില്ല, പരസ്യങ്ങൾ കാണിക്കുന്നില്ല, മാർക്കറ്റിങ് പ്രൊഫൈലുകൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നില്ല. കുട്ടിയുടെ റിവിഷൻ ആസൂത്രണം ചെയ്യാനല്ലാതെ കുട്ടിയുടെ പെരുമാറ്റം നിരീക്ഷിക്കുകയോ ട്രാക്ക് ചെയ്യുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

4. ഞങ്ങൾക്കു വേണ്ടി വിവരങ്ങൾ കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്നവർ

നിയമം ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തിലല്ലാതെ മറ്റാരുമായും വിവരങ്ങൾ പങ്കിടില്ല.

5. കുട്ടികളും സമ്മതവും

രക്ഷിതാവിന്റെ മേൽനോട്ടത്തിലാണ് കുട്ടികൾ Recallio ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്. കുട്ടി ആപ്പ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതിനു മുമ്പ് രക്ഷിതാവ് സമ്മത സ്ക്രീൻ വായിച്ച് സമ്മതിക്കണം. വിവരങ്ങൾ ഇല്ലാതാക്കിക്കൊണ്ട് (ഭാഗം 8) എപ്പോൾ വേണമെങ്കിലും സമ്മതം പിൻവലിക്കാം. വാങ്ങലുകൾ ആപ്പിലെ പേരന്റ് ചെക്കും Google Play യും വഴി സംരക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു.

6. എത്ര കാലം സൂക്ഷിക്കും

അക്കൗണ്ട് നിലനിൽക്കുന്നിടത്തോളം കാലം. അക്കൗണ്ട് ഇല്ലാതാക്കുമ്പോൾ രക്ഷിതാവ്, കുട്ടി, പുരോഗതി, വാങ്ങൽ രേഖകൾ എന്നിവ ഞങ്ങളുടെ ലൈവ് ഡാറ്റാബേസിൽ നിന്ന് നീക്കം ചെയ്യും. ബാക്കപ്പ് പകർപ്പുകൾ സാധാരണ ബാക്കപ്പ് ചക്രത്തിൽ മാഞ്ഞുപോകും.

7. സുരക്ഷ

വിവരങ്ങൾ എൻക്രിപ്റ്റ് ചെയ്ത കണക്ഷനിലൂടെ (HTTPS) പോകുന്നു. ഓരോ രക്ഷിതാവിനും സ്വന്തം കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ രേഖകൾ മാത്രം കാണാവുന്ന നിയന്ത്രണങ്ങൾ ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഡാറ്റാബേസിൽ ഉണ്ട്. ഡാറ്റ ചോർച്ച നിങ്ങളെ ബാധിച്ചാൽ, നിയമം ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നതുപോലെ നിങ്ങളെയും അധികാരികളെയും അറിയിക്കും.

8. രക്ഷിതാവിന്റെ അവകാശങ്ങൾ

കുട്ടിയുടെ പേരിൽ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് വിവരങ്ങൾ കാണാനും തിരുത്താനും ഇല്ലാതാക്കാനും സമ്മതം പിൻവലിക്കാനും പരാതി നൽകാനും ആവശ്യപ്പെടാം.

9. പരാതി പരിഹാര ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ
