Delete your account and data
A parent or guardian can delete the account and all of the child's data at any time. Deletion is permanent.
Option 1: in the app
- Open Recallio and go to the Me tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete my data and confirm.
Option 2: by email (if you no longer have the app)
- Write to info@calecutech.com from the same Google account email you used to sign in to Recallio.
- Use the subject Delete my Recallio account.
- We may reply to confirm it is you. We then delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- The parent record and the consent record.
- The child's profile (name, medium, exam date).
- All study progress and daily study time.
- Our record of your Season Pass purchase.
What is kept
- Google Play keeps its own payment records under Google's policies. We do not control or hold them.
- If the law requires us to keep a minimal transaction record (order number and date), we keep only that, and only for the required period.
- Backup copies are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
Want to remove only some data?
Email us at info@calecutech.com and say what you want removed, for example only the child's progress.
Deleting your account also removes our record of your Season Pass. If you want to keep using the pass, do not delete. See Refunds.

- Recallio തുറന്ന് Me ടാബിലേക്ക് പോകുക.
- Settings തൊടുക.
- Delete my data തൊട്ട് സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കുക.
രീതി 2: ഇമെയിൽ വഴി (ആപ്പ് ഇപ്പോൾ ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ)
- Recallio-യിൽ സൈൻ ഇൻ ചെയ്യാൻ ഉപയോഗിച്ച അതേ Google അക്കൗണ്ട് ഇമെയിലിൽ നിന്ന് info@calecutech.com ലേക്ക് എഴുതുക.

- നിങ്ങൾ തന്നെയാണെന്ന് ഉറപ്പാക്കാൻ ഞങ്ങൾ മറുപടി നൽകിയേക്കാം. തുടർന്ന് 7 ദിവസത്തിനകം അക്കൗണ്ട് ഇല്ലാതാക്കി ഇമെയിലിൽ അറിയിക്കും.
എന്തൊക്കെ ഇല്ലാതാകും
- രക്ഷിതാവിന്റെ രേഖയും സമ്മത രേഖയും.
- കുട്ടിയുടെ പ്രൊഫൈൽ (പേര്, മീഡിയം, പരീക്ഷാ തീയതി).
- എല്ലാ പഠന പുരോഗതിയും ദിവസേനയുള്ള പഠന സമയവും.
- സീസൺ പാസ് വാങ്ങിയതിന്റെ ഞങ്ങളുടെ രേഖ.
എന്തൊക്കെ സൂക്ഷിക്കും
- Google Play സ്വന്തം പേയ്മെന്റ് രേഖകൾ Google-ന്റെ നയങ്ങൾ പ്രകാരം സൂക്ഷിക്കും. അവ ഞങ്ങളുടെ നിയന്ത്രണത്തിലല്ല.
- നിയമം ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ ഇടപാട് രേഖ (ഓർഡർ നമ്പറും തീയതിയും) മാത്രം, ആവശ്യമായ കാലയളവിലേക്ക് മാത്രം സൂക്ഷിക്കും.
- ബാക്കപ്പ് പകർപ്പുകൾ സാധാരണ ബാക്കപ്പ് ചക്രത്തിൽ മാഞ്ഞുപോകും.
