Terms of Use
These terms are between you and Calecute Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("we"). By creating an account or using Recallio you agree to them.
1. Who can sign up
Only a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over can create an account. The child uses the app under that parent's supervision. Each account supports one child.
2. What Recallio is
Recallio is a study aid for the Kerala Class 7 USS scholarship exam. It teaches facts from the SCERT Class 7 syllabus in short cards, schedules revision, and offers practice questions.
3. Free plan and Season Pass
- The first 30 cards, one past paper and one reasoning lesson are free.
- The Season Pass is a one-time payment made through Google Play. It gives access until 31 March of the exam year. The price is shown in the app before you buy; an early-bird price may apply.
- It is not a subscription and never renews by itself.
- Refunds are explained on the Refunds page.
4. Accuracy of content, and no guarantee
We build every card from the textbook and check it before it is released. Mistakes can still happen; please tell us at info@calecutech.com and we will fix them. Recallio helps students prepare, but we do not promise any particular mark, rank or scholarship.
Recallio is independent. It is not published by, endorsed by, or affiliated with SCERT Kerala, the Government of Kerala or the USS examination authority. Names of textbooks and exams belong to their owners.
5. Using the app properly
- Use it for your own child's personal study.
- Do not copy, scrape, resell or share the content, or try to get around the free-plan limit or the purchase system.
- Do not reverse engineer the app or try to break its security.
6. Our rights
The app, its design and our card text are owned by Calecute Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them under these terms.
7. Changes and availability
We may update the app and its content, and may pause it for maintenance. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app.
8. Ending your use
You can stop at any time and delete your data (see Delete account). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Season Pass. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kerala have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere.

ഈ നിബന്ധനകൾ നിങ്ങളും Calecute Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ഉം ("ഞങ്ങൾ") തമ്മിലുള്ളതാണ്. അക്കൗണ്ട് ഉണ്ടാക്കുകയോ Recallio ഉപയോഗിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതിലൂടെ നിങ്ങൾ ഇവ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നു.
1. ആർക്ക് സൈൻ അപ്പ് ചെയ്യാം
18 വയസോ അതിലധികമോ ഉള്ള രക്ഷിതാവിനോ നിയമപരമായ ഗാർഡിയനോ മാത്രമേ അക്കൗണ്ട് ഉണ്ടാക്കാനാകൂ. ആ രക്ഷിതാവിന്റെ മേൽനോട്ടത്തിലാണ് കുട്ടി ആപ്പ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്. ഒരു അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ ഒരു കുട്ടി മാത്രം.
2. Recallio എന്താണ്
കേരളത്തിലെ ഏഴാം ക്ലാസ് USS സ്കോളർഷിപ്പ് പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കുള്ള ഒരു പഠന സഹായിയാണ് Recallio. SCERT ഏഴാം ക്ലാസ് സിലബസിലെ വസ്തുതകൾ ചെറിയ കാർഡുകളായി പഠിപ്പിക്കുകയും റിവിഷൻ ഷെഡ്യൂൾ ചെയ്യുകയും പ്രാക്ടീസ് ചോദ്യങ്ങൾ നൽകുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
3. സൗജന്യ പ്ലാനും സീസൺ പാസും
- ആദ്യത്തെ 30 കാർഡുകൾ, ഒരു പഴയ ചോദ്യപ്പേപ്പർ, ഒരു റീസണിങ് പാഠം എന്നിവ സൗജന്യമാണ്.
- സീസൺ പാസ് Google Play വഴി നൽകുന്ന ഒറ്റത്തവണ പേയ്മെന്റാണ്. പരീക്ഷാ വർഷത്തിലെ മാർച്ച് 31 വരെ ഇത് ഉപയോഗിക്കാം. വാങ്ങുന്നതിനു മുമ്പ് വില ആപ്പിൽ കാണിക്കും; ഏർലി-ബേർഡ് വില ബാധകമായേക്കാം.
- ഇത് സബ്സ്ക്രിപ്ഷൻ അല്ല, തനിയെ പുതുക്കപ്പെടുകയുമില്ല.
- റീഫണ്ട് വിവരങ്ങൾ റീഫണ്ട് പേജിൽ ഉണ്ട്.
4. ഉള്ളടക്കത്തിന്റെ കൃത്യതയും ഉറപ്പില്ലായ്മയും
ഓരോ കാർഡും ഞങ്ങൾ പാഠപുസ്തകത്തിൽ നിന്ന് തയ്യാറാക്കി, പുറത്തിറക്കുന്നതിനു മുമ്പ് പരിശോധിക്കുന്നു. എങ്കിലും തെറ്റുകൾ വരാം; info@calecutech.com ലേക്ക് അറിയിച്ചാൽ ഞങ്ങൾ തിരുത്തും. വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളെ തയ്യാറെടുക്കാൻ Recallio സഹായിക്കുന്നു, പക്ഷേ ഒരു പ്രത്യേക മാർക്കോ റാങ്കോ സ്കോളർഷിപ്പോ ഞങ്ങൾ ഉറപ്പു നൽകുന്നില്ല.
Recallio ഒരു സ്വതന്ത്ര ആപ്പാണ്. SCERT കേരളം, കേരള സർക്കാർ, USS പരീക്ഷാ അധികാരികൾ എന്നിവർ ഇത് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതോ അംഗീകരിച്ചതോ അവരുമായി ബന്ധമുള്ളതോ അല്ല. പാഠപുസ്തകങ്ങളുടെയും പരീക്ഷകളുടെയും പേരുകൾ അവയുടെ ഉടമകളുടേതാണ്.
5. ആപ്പിന്റെ ശരിയായ ഉപയോഗം
- നിങ്ങളുടെ കുട്ടിയുടെ വ്യക്തിപരമായ പഠനത്തിന് മാത്രം ഉപയോഗിക്കുക.
- ഉള്ളടക്കം പകർത്തുകയോ സ്ക്രാപ്പ് ചെയ്യുകയോ വിൽക്കുകയോ പങ്കിടുകയോ ചെയ്യരുത്; സൗജന്യ പ്ലാനിന്റെ പരിധിയോ പണമടയ്ക്കൽ സംവിധാനമോ മറികടക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കരുത്.
- ആപ്പ് റിവേഴ്സ് എൻജിനീയർ ചെയ്യുകയോ സുരക്ഷ തകർക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യരുത്.
6. ഞങ്ങളുടെ അവകാശങ്ങൾ
ആപ്പ്, അതിന്റെ ഡിസൈൻ, ഞങ്ങളുടെ കാർഡ് ടെക്സ്റ്റ് എന്നിവ Calecute Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ന്റേതാണ്. ഈ നിബന്ധനകൾ പ്രകാരം അവ ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് വ്യക്തിപരവും കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാനാവാത്തതുമായ അനുമതി ഉണ്ട്.
7. മാറ്റങ്ങളും ലഭ്യതയും
ഞങ്ങൾ ആപ്പും ഉള്ളടക്കവും പുതുക്കിയേക്കാം, അറ്റകുറ്റപ്പണിക്കായി താൽക്കാലികമായി നിർത്തിയേക്കാം. ഈ നിബന്ധനകളിൽ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട മാറ്റം വരുത്തിയാൽ ആപ്പിൽ അറിയിക്കും.
8. ഉപയോഗം അവസാനിപ്പിക്കൽ
നിങ്ങൾക്ക് എപ്പോൾ വേണമെങ്കിലും നിർത്തി വിവരങ്ങൾ ഇല്ലാതാക്കാം (അക്കൗണ്ട് ഇല്ലാതാക്കൽ കാണുക). ഈ നിബന്ധനകൾ ലംഘിക്കുന്ന അക്കൗണ്ട് ഞങ്ങൾ താൽക്കാലികമായി നിർത്തിവച്ചേക്കാം.
9. ബാധ്യത
നിയമം അനുവദിക്കുന്ന പരിധി വരെ, പരോക്ഷമോ അനന്തരഫലമായതോ ആയ നഷ്ടങ്ങൾക്ക് ഞങ്ങൾ ഉത്തരവാദികളല്ല; ഏതൊരു ക്ലെയിമിലും ഞങ്ങളുടെ ആകെ ബാധ്യത നിങ്ങൾ സീസൺ പാസിനായി നൽകിയ തുകയിൽ പരിമിതപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു. ഇന്ത്യൻ ഉപഭോക്തൃ നിയമപ്രകാരം നിങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള അവകാശങ്ങളെ ഇത് പരിമിതപ്പെടുത്തുന്നില്ല.
10. ബാധകമായ നിയമം
ഈ നിബന്ധനകൾ ഇന്ത്യൻ നിയമങ്ങൾക്ക് വിധേയമാണ്. കേരളത്തിലെ കോടതികൾക്ക് അധികാരപരിധി ഉണ്ട്; മറ്റൊരിടത്ത് ക്ലെയിം നൽകാൻ ഉപഭോക്താവ് എന്ന നിലയിലുള്ള നിങ്ങളുടെ അവകാശങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇത് വിധേയമാണ്.
