BankMates gives bank staff a set of financial calculators that run entirely on the phone, study material for the IIBF's JAIIB and CAIIB certifications, and a question-and-answer space that is visible only to colleagues at the same bank.
Getting help
Email info@calecutech.com. Tell us the app name, what you were doing, and what happened. We reply within two working days.
Signing in
BankMates uses Google Sign-In only. If sign-in fails, check that the Google account has a verified email address — we cannot create an account without one. We cannot reset a Google password; that is done at myaccount.google.com. Your bank is set once during sign-up and can only be changed by writing to us, because your posts live inside that bank's circle.
