Delete your account

How to request deletion

Email info@calecutech.com from the address registered on the account, with the subject “Delete my KSEBEA Engineers Association account”. Include the Google account you sign in with, so we can identify the account.

You do not need the app installed to make this request.

What happens next

We verify the request is genuinely from the account holder, then delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your name, email, profile picture and uploaded profile photo
• Your phone number, address, unit and office-bearer role
• Grievances you submitted and their responses
• Your AGB event registration and Engineers' Houses booking requests

What is kept, and why

Records that you paid membership dues, and any office-bearer minutes or unit records that name you in that official capacity, are not deleted — they are the association's own financial and administrative records, kept for its record-keeping regardless of whether you remain a member.
