Delete your account

How to request deletion

Email info@calecutech.com from the address registered on the account, with the subject “Delete my Recallio account”. Include the Google account you sign in with, so we can identify the account.

You do not need the app installed to make this request.

What happens next

We verify the request is genuinely from the account holder, then delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address and profile picture
• Your course, exam date, plan start date, reminder time and language
• Your entire study record — every card's schedule, your streak, and how many times you have seen each fact
• Every mock test attempt and its score
• Your push notification token, so this device stops receiving anything
• Any active sessions

What is kept, and why

Nothing identifying you is kept. A subscription is a record held by Google Play or Razorpay, not by us, so deleting your Recallio account does not cancel it — cancel that in the Play Store, or it will keep renewing. Deleting your account does not refund a subscription already paid for.
