Delete your account

How to request deletion

Email info@calecutech.com from the address registered on the account, with the subject “Delete my Sarfez Auctions account”. Include the mobile number or employee ID you sign in with, so we can identify the account.

You do not need the app installed to make this request.

What happens next

We verify the request is genuinely from the account holder, then delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number, email, and Google profile data
• Your PAN and refund account details
• Saved listings, saved searches, and alerts
• Site visit requests and expressions of interest
• Your push notification token and any active sessions

What is kept, and why

Records of any earnest money deposit you paid or had refunded are not deleted. Financial and tax law requires them to be retained, and the bank running the auction needs them to show who was eligible to bid. They are kept for the period the law requires and then removed.
