Delete your account

How to request deletion

Email info@calecutech.com from the address registered on the account, with the subject “Delete my Sarfez Field Demo account”. Include the mobile number or employee ID you sign in with, so we can identify the account.

You do not need the app installed to make this request.

What happens next

We verify the request is genuinely from the account holder, then delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your officer profile, contact details, and preferences
• Your sign-in credentials and any active sessions
• Your push notification token

What is kept, and why

Possession reports you submitted are not deleted. They are statutory records belonging to the lending institution that assigned the visit, not to us — a possession panchnama cannot be withdrawn because the officer who recorded it left. Your name stays attached to them as the recording officer. Requests about those records go to that institution.
