Delete your account

You can delete your DentalMart account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.

Ask us by email

If you can no longer open the app, or prefer not to, email us and we will delete the account for you.

1. Write to info@calecutech.com with the subject "DentalMart account deletion".
2. Include the email address you sign in with and your clinic or company name, so we can find the right account.
3. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we keep, and why

Orders and invoices are kept for 8 years because tax law requires it, linked to your business name only. Stripe keeps its own records of payments and seller identity checks under its policy.

Delete some data without closing the account

Email us and say what you want removed; we will delete it and keep the rest of the account.
