DentalMart is made by Calecute Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). This policy covers the DentalMart Android app and this website. For India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the data fiduciary for the information described here. Contact: info@calecutech.com.
In short
- DentalMart is a business-to-business service for dental clinics and suppliers.
- We keep your name, email, phone and business details so clinics and suppliers can trade.
- Payments and seller identity checks are handled by Stripe. We never see card or bank details.
- No location tracking, no ads, no selling of data, no third-party analytics.
1. What we collect

Not collected: your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or advertising IDs. We never see card numbers, bank account numbers or identity documents; Stripe holds those.
2. Permissions
- Internet: the only permission the app uses, to load the catalogue and place orders.
3. How we use it
- To run the marketplace: listings, carts, orders and seller payouts.
- To verify buyers and sellers.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- We do not sell your data, show advertising, or use your data to train AI models.
4. Who we share it with
Only the service providers below, each processing data for us under its own privacy terms. We share data with authorities only when Indian law requires it.
- Clerk: sign-in and account emails (privacy policy)
- Stripe: payments, seller onboarding and payouts (privacy policy)
- Vercel: hosting our servers (privacy policy)
- Neon: our database (privacy policy)
5. What other users can see
Sellers see the clinic name, delivery address and order details for orders placed with them. Buyers see sellers' company names, listings and terms. Nothing else is shared between users.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is open. Orders and invoices are kept for 8 years, as tax law requires. Other data is deleted when you delete your account.
7. Security
Data travels over HTTPS. Sign-in is handled by Clerk and payments by Stripe, both certified to industry security standards. Access to our database is restricted to the service itself.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@calecutech.com. We reply within 30 days. To delete your account, see Delete your account. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Children
DentalMart is only for businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
