Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between your business and Calecute Technologies LLC ("we") for using DentalMart. By using DentalMart you accept them on behalf of your business.
1. What DentalMart is
DentalMart is a marketplace. Sellers sell their products directly to buyers; we do not own, store or ship the goods. Each seller is the merchant of record for its sales.
2. Who may use it
- Buyers must be dental clinics or licensed dental professionals, and must give a valid licence number.
- Sellers must be registered businesses entitled to sell the products they list in the buyer's country.
- You must be 18 or over and authorised to act for your business.
3. Sellers' responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for their products' regulatory approval (for example CE marking or FDA clearance), accurate specifications, sterility and labelling claims, stock, pricing, taxes, shipping, warranties, recalls and returns. Listings must be accurate and lawful.
4. Buyers' responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for choosing products suitable for their clinical use, and for using them according to the manufacturer's instructions and the law.
5. Orders and payment
A cart with items from several sellers creates one order per seller. Payment is taken by Stripe and paid to the seller. Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise. Cancellations, returns and refunds follow the seller's terms; contact the seller first, then us if it isn't resolved. Card disputes are handled through Stripe.
6. Liability
DentalMart is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the products sold, their clinical outcomes, or losses from dealings between buyers and sellers.
7. Suspension, changes and law
We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law. You can delete your account at any time. We may update these terms and will change the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala have jurisdiction. Questions: info@calecutech.com.
