Delete your account and data

You can delete your account and all your data at any time. Deletion is permanent.

By email

1. Write to info@calecutech.com from the Google account email you signed in with.
2. Use the subject Delete my Geological Assistant Prep account.
3. We may reply to confirm it is you. We then delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

An in-app delete option will also be available in the Android app.

What is deleted

• Your profile and settings.
• All study progress and study time.
• Your access to the paid course.

What is kept

• A minimal payment record (order ID, amount, date), only as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Razorpay keeps its own payment records under its policies.
• Backups are overwritten in the normal cycle.

Deleting your account removes your lifetime access and does not trigger a refund. See Refunds.
