Refund and purchase policy

In short

• Geological Assistant Prep is a one-time payment of ₹3,000 (introductory price) for lifetime access. It is not a subscription and never renews.
• Payment is handled by Razorpay. We never see your card, UPI PIN or bank login.
• Your access opens after Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute.

What you get

Access to all cards, questions, revision and mock tests of the Geological Assistant course for as long as the service runs, on the web and in the Android app with the same Google account. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the product, not of the buyer. If we ever close the service, we will give at least 90 days’ notice by email.

When we refund

• You were charged twice for the same purchase.
• You paid but access did not open, and we could not fix it within 3 working days.
• A serious technical fault stops you from using the course and we cannot fix it.
• You ask within 7 days of paying and have studied fewer than 100 cards. We will refund in full, no questions.

Because the content opens at once, we usually cannot refund a change of mind after 7 days.

How to ask

Email info@calecutech.com from the Google account email you used, with the Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_ and is in your receipt) and one line on what went wrong. We aim to reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, and your bank may take 5 to 7 working days to show them.

Nothing to cancel

Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Deleting your account does not by itself trigger a refund, and it removes your access. See Delete account.

Drafted for the owner to review before launch. Terms 7-day and 100-card thresholds are our choice and can be changed.
