Delete your account
How to delete your QuizKerala account and data, with or without the app (com.calecutech.quizkerala).
Option 1: in the app
- Open QuizKerala and sign in.
- Tap your profile picture, then Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is removed straight away.
Option 2: by email, no app needed
Email info@calecutech.comfrom the Google account you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my QuizKeralaaccount”. We confirm the request came from you, delete the account within 30 days, and email you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email address and profile picture
- Your quiz attempts, answers, scores and times
- Your entries on every leaderboard, including Final ones
- Any active sign-in sessions
What is kept, and why
Server logs that contain your IP address age out within 30 days and are not linked back to a deleted account. If you were an organiser, the question banks and quizzes you created are transferred to Calecutech or removed, at your choice, so other players' results are not lost without warning.
Want to keep your account but remove some data, such as a single quiz attempt? Write to us and we will do that instead.
