Delete your account
You can delete your spareX account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
Ask us by email
If you can no longer open the app, or prefer not to, email us and we will delete the account for you.
- Write to info@calecutech.com with the subject "spareX account deletion".
- Include the phone number or Google email you sign in with, so we can find the right account.
- We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account, profile, username and password.
- All your spare listings, vehicles, part requests and workshops, with their photos.
- Your bookings, reviews and sales records.
- Your sign-in record with Firebase.
What we keep, and why
Nothing personal is kept after deletion, unless the law requires us to keep a record (for example, of a Premium payment, kept for 8 years under Indian tax law). Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Delete some data without closing the account
You can delete any listing, vehicle, request or workshop yourself from My account in the app at any time, without closing the account.
