Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Calecute Technologies LLC ("we") for using spareX. By using spareX you accept them.
1. What spareX is
spareX is a noticeboard. It lets people list second-hand spare parts, vehicles and workshop services, and lets buyers contact sellers directly. We are not a party to any sale or booking. We do not own, inspect or deliver parts, and we do not handle payments between users.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or over. Give accurate details, keep your password and phone private, and tell us if your account is misused. You are responsible for what is done from your account.
3. What you post
- Post only parts and vehicles you are entitled to sell, described honestly, with real photos and prices.
- No stolen goods, parts with tampered identification numbers, counterfeit parts sold as genuine, or anything illegal to sell in India.
- No spam, abuse, or other people's phone numbers.
- You keep ownership of what you post and give us permission to display it on spareX so the service works.
We may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these terms.
4. Dealing with other users
Check a part and its seller before you pay. Agree price, condition, warranty and delivery directly with the other person. Any dispute about a sale or booking is between you and them, though we will look at reports of fraud and remove offenders.
5. Premium
Premium costs ₹299 per month and adds direct buyer contact, unlimited photos and listings, and featured listings. You request it in the app and we send payment details by email; Premium starts once payment is confirmed. It does not renew automatically. If Premium is not switched on after you pay, or we end the service, we refund the unused period. Otherwise payments for a month already started are not refundable.
6. AI features
Photo detection and voice entry are suggestions. Check every field before you publish.
7. Liability
spareX is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the condition, legality or safety of parts sold through it, or for losses from dealings between users. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the past three months.
8. Ending
You can stop using spareX and delete your account at any time.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala have jurisdiction. Questions: info@calecutech.com.
