Terms of Service

Work Force shows listings that workers publish about themselves. We do not employ, recruit, vet, train, insure or supervise anyone listed, and we are not a party to any agreement between a worker and the person who calls them.

We do not check skills, qualifications, licences, identity beyond the mobile number, or past work. Satisfy yourself that a worker is right for the job before you engage them.

Rates, timing, quality and payment are agreed directly between you. We take no commission and handle no money, and we cannot resolve a dispute about work done or not done.

You must be 18 or over to list yourself, and the listing must be about you. Do not list someone else, a business you do not run, or a number that is not yours.

What you publish must be true. Do not claim skills you do not have, and do not use the description for advertising, contact details other than your own, or anything abusive or unlawful.

Your listing, including your mobile number, is public to every user while you are marked available. Only list yourself if you are content to be called by people you do not know.

Use a worker's number only to ask about work. Do not harass, spam, or collect numbers from the app for any other purpose, and do not scrape the app.

We may remove any listing, or block an account, that breaks these terms or that we receive a credible complaint about.

Work Force is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption, that any listing is current, or that any worker will answer or take a job. We may change or withdraw features.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the work done or not done by anyone found through the app, for any loss, injury or damage arising from it, or for indirect or consequential loss of any kind.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala have jurisdiction.
