Delete your account

You can delete your Grahanila account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open Grahanila and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.
3. You are signed out, and your account and every birth profile are deleted from our server.

Or ask us by email

If you can no longer open the app, or prefer not to, email us and we will delete the account for you.

1. Write to info@calecutech.com with the subject "Grahanila account deletion".
2. Include the Google email address you sign in with, so we can find the right account.
3. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we keep, and why

We take no payments, so there is nothing we must keep. Encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days. Your Google account itself is not affected.

Delete some data without closing the account

You can delete any single birth profile from the family vault without closing your account.
