Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Calecute Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, Kozhikode ("we"), for using Grahanila. By using it you accept them.

1. What Grahanila is

Grahanila calculates Vedic astrological charts following Kerala practice and classical Jyotisha texts. It is offered for cultural and informational purposes. Please read the disclaimer.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or over to hold an account. You may add other people's birth details only with their permission, or as parent or guardian of a child.

3. Accuracy

Calculations depend on the birth time and place you enter. Different traditions and ayanamsa settings give different results, and astrologers can disagree. We work to calculate correctly but do not promise the result suits any purpose.

4. Fair use

Do not copy the app, resell our charts or PDFs as a service, scrape our servers, or use Grahanila to frighten or pressure anyone into paying for remedies.

5. Paid features

Grahanila is free today. If we add paid features, the price and terms will be shown in the app before you buy, and purchases will go through Google Play or the App Store under their refund rules.

6. Liability

Grahanila is provided as it is. Do not make medical, legal, financial or marriage decisions on its readings alone. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on it.

7. Ending and changes

You can delete your account at any time. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala have jurisdiction. Questions: info@calecutech.com.
